The time-schedule is as follows:
Each round features 2 companies; 1 of most interest to PA, ES, MST & PGaB, and 1 of most interest to GZW and HS.

RA2503 will have all workshops of most interest to  PA, ES, MST & PGaB

TL3138 will have all workshops of most interest to GZW & HS

 

All workshops will start at the time mentioned below, with a small introduction talk by the committee. For example, at 9:45 in RA2503, the Euregio timeslot will start. The speaker will first be introduced, and then the workshop will start.

The timetable is as follows:
9:45 - 11:15 - Round 1
11:30 - 13:00 - Round 2
13:00 - 13:45 - Lunch
13:45 - 15:15 - Round 3
15:30 - 17:00 - Round 4
17:00 - 19:00 - Networking round
